My in-person services are available in my clinic, Manaaki Wellbeing, 85 St Lukes Rd, Sandringham, Auckland, New Zealand. To book, go to www.manaaki.co

My hours of practice are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm if you want a booking outside of these hours there is a surcharge of $60 for 60 mins I $30 for 30 mins I $15 for 15 mins

It’s a good idea to write down what you would like to know before your reading with me - so you can check that everything has been answered on your list. Spirit knows what’s in your heart and they’ll do everything to cover what’s on your list.

You don’t need to give me your birth date, photos, jewellery that belonged to your loved one. If you want to have knowledge on how your children or family members are doing. There are no secrets with spirit. When you have a reading with me, I’m just a reporter. As I see your people and I hear them, I don’t edit anything they’re telling me. Remember that you have a whole fan club on the other side.

You will need to download the Skype and Zoom apps. On occasion, I’ve been unable to reach people because of the internet or Skype issues. Before your booking with me, please check that your phone is plugged in and fully charged and ready to go. If you’re a Skype user, test your Skype before the call to check that your microphone is working as it should. Check that you are online, not invisible or set to offline - otherwise, I won't be able to connect with you on Skype.

You have responsibility on your end for your equipment. If we’re about to start your appointment and your Skype or Zoom isn’t working, I will endeavour to find another extension of time for you as I want us both to have a good experience.

If there’s no contact at the time we arranged, check your email or your phone for a text. I’ll always contact you if there’s a problem. If I don’t get a reply within 10-15 minutes of our appointment time, I will assume you’re not going to show up.

I also use doxy.me this is for anyone who does not want to sign up for anything, you do not need to download an app, you do not need to use a password to enter the Telehealth room. I will send you the link which you can save and use whenever you have future bookings with me.

YES. You certainly can. Make sure it is someone you fully TRUST especially if sensitive information is shared.

YES. I can assure you it will most certainly work. 40% of my clients I have never met in person. Your Wairua Whānau Spirit family will pass on the messages you need to hear.

Unfortunately no. Please make sure you get all your important issues and questions addressed during the session. I’m not able to answer questions outside of in-person, Skype, Zoom or phone sessions due to time constraints and the volume of people I work with. Alternatively I do offer an ‘Ask one question’ via email option which is booked then I can give you a reply from spirit.

I don’t work with those under 18 years of age for readings unless you have a parent or guardian accompany a minor or if anyone is under the influence of any alcohol or high on any substances at the time of their healing or reading.
