Te Hau
Te Hau, meaning the breath, is the sacred life force that connects all living things. In this powerful Māori practice, breath becomes a pathway to healing, balance, and a more profound connection with wairua (spirit). Rooted in ancient wisdom and guided by tikanga (customs), Māori breathwork helps release stored emotion, restore tapu and noa (sacred and ordinary), and align body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle guidance and intention, Te Hau invites you home to yourself through the breath of your ancestors.

Mahu Wairua – A Journey to Clear, Heal & Protect Your Spirit
"Mahu" means to restore, to make well.
"Wairua" is our spiritual essence—ever-present, yet often in need of care.
Mahu Wairua is a four-week journey grounded in traditional Māori practices, where we return to the sacred work of clearing, healing, and protecting our wairua. Through karakia, rongoā, breathwork, and energy alignment, this course offers a gentle but powerful space to:
Release what no longer serves you
Strengthen your spiritual shield
Reconnect with your mauri (life essence)
Realign with your purpose
Stand strong once more in your mana (power)
